Can Exercising Make You Look Older?

Most of us Beverly Hills think of exercise as the primary activity that helps keep us young and healthy. While that’s definitely true for the most part, there are some aspects of exercise that may actually make you look older. Most joggers are so intent on keeping up their stride that they’re not thinking about how their exercise may be negatively impacting their body. Too much sunshine can cause your skin to age and wrinkle prematurely, so be sure to be generous with your sunscreen and wear protective clothing whenever possible.

Additionally, exercise often results in weight loss. While maintaining a healthy weight is always a good idea, losing weight may leave you looking gaunt and hollow, two qualities associated with appearing older.
