Patient: 495 Breast Augmentation

This 21-year-old young woman was referred to the office of Dr. David Sayah with questions about breast augmentation. The patient felt that her breasts were too small and wanted to increase her cup size from a size AA to a size C. While meeting with Dr. Sayah, the patient explained that she had always wanted larger breasts and cleavage.

Many women consider cleavage to be an important aspect in showcasing femininity and often times women with small breasts desire more pronounced cleavage. After spending time with Dr. Sayah discussing the different types of implants and techniques, the patient chose to book her surgery for Breast Augmentation at our Beverly Hills facility. She chose a 300 cc smooth round silicone implant to be inserted under her breast fold and placed under her breast muscle.

The above photo was taken about 8 months after her surgery and the patient is very happy with her results and the new sense of confidence that she enjoys.
