Patient: 494 Breast Augmentation

This 31-year-old woman contacted the office of Dr. David Sayah with questions about breast implant surgery. The patient had researched breast augmentation in Beverly Hills and scheduled a consultation at our office to learn more about the procedure and the different types of implants and sizes.

During her consultation, the patient described her ideal outcome for surgery and provided photographs of breasts that she admired. Bringing photos to a consultation can be a helpful way for the doctor to understand the patient’s idea of sizing and their perception of a realistic outcome. Dr. Sayah spent time listening to the patient’s hopes for surgery and coached her in finding a profile that best matched her goals for surgery. By the end of the consultation, the patient had booked surgery for a breast augmentation The patient chose a 300 cc smooth round silicone implant to be inserted under the breast fold and placed under her breast muscle.

As you can see the doctor was careful to enhance her size while still maintaining a look that is natural for her body type. The patient is very happy with the outcome of her surgery and feels that the implants she chose fit her perfectly.
