Patient: 398 Breast Augmentation

This 26-year-old young woman requested a consultation at our Beverly Hills office for breast augmentation because she was unhappy with the size of her breasts. The patient was a size A cup and had always dreamed of having D cup breasts but worried that the such a dramatic increase in size may look unnatural.

During her consultation with Dr. David Sayah, he asked the patient to describe her idea of perfect breasts. He explained that often times one person’s perception of the D-cup breasts seen in pictures may or may not be based entirely on size. He explained that implant profile and placement will contribute to the overall outcome of the surgery and asked that the patient bring in photos of breasts that she appreciated. After reviewing photos and discussing different size and material options the patient chose 450cc smooth round silicone implants to be inserted through incisions made around the nipples and placed beneath the breast muscle.

The patient is very happy with her results and loves the way that her breasts look after surgery. She was able to move up in size to a D cup and says that the outcome is better than she could have dreamed.
