Patient: 270 Breast Augmentation

This 44-year-old woman requested a breast augmentation consultation with our Beverly Hills office because she was dissatisfied with the size of her breasts. She was a size A cup and wanted to increase her size to a large C or small D.

During her consultation with Dr. Sayah, they discussed the options for sizing, material and placement of the implants. He explained the difference between saline and silicone implants and reviewed the different location options for incision. The patient booked surgery immediately following the consultation, choosing 400 cc smooth round silicone implants to be inserted through the nipple and placed beneath the breast muscle.

As you can see in the patient’s “after” photo, Dr. Sayah was able to increase her cup size by about 2 sizes and still maintain a look that is natural to her small frame. The patient is very happy with her results.
