Patient: 264 Breast Augmentation

This 28-year-old young woman came to the office of Dr. David Sayah for a consultation for breast augmentation because she was unhappy with the size and the appearance of her breasts. At the time of her consultation she was a size A cup but wanted to increase the size of her breasts to a full C or small D cup.

During her consultation with Dr. Sayah, they discussed the different size and profile types for implants as well as reviewed the location options for her incisions. After reviewing all of her options, the patient chose 390 cc smooth round moderate profile saline implants to be inserted though incisions made around the nipples and placed under the breast muscle.

The patient is very happy with the outcome of her surgery.
