Patient: 271 Breast Augmentation

This 25-year-old patient came to the office of Dr. David Sayah, because she was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. She wanted larger breasts and hoped that breast augmentation surgery would also fix the asymmetry of her breasts.

During her consultation with Dr. Sayah she also expressed concerns over the wide space between her breasts and the “puffiness” of her nipples. She also didn’t like that her left breast appeared larger than her right breast. Dr. Sayah discussed different size and material options and advised her on different locations for the incisions. He agreed that implants would reduce the space between her breasts and that adding fullness to the breast tissue would decrease the appearance of a puffy or enlarged nipple.

As you can see in the patient’s “after” photo the space between her breasts has been reduced by the volume of the implants and her nipples appear more proportionate to the size of her breasts. The patient is very happy with the outcome of her surgery.
