Patient: 262 Breast Augmentation

This 20-year-old young woman was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts. She was interested in breast augmentation and scheduled a consultation at our Beverly Hills office to learn more about the surgery.

During her consultation with the doctor, the patient confided that she felt insecure about the size of her breasts and hoped that implants would provide a more feminine contour and the cleavage that she had always desired. Dr. Sayah spent time answering the patient’s questions about implant size and type and explained that there is science behind choosing the right implant based on the width of the patient’s breasts and chest measurements. The patient booked surgery immediately after consulting with the doctor, choosing 325 cc smooth round moderate profile saline implants to be inserted through incisions made under the armpits and placed beneath the breast muscle.

As you can see in the “after” photo the patient has increased her breast size by about 2 cup sizes and she is very happy with the results of her surgery.
