Patient: 434 Breast Augmentation

This 37-year-old woman came to the office of Dr. David Sayah with complaints about her small breasts. The patient felt that with age she had lost the youthful buoyancy and ampleness of her breasts. She was interested in breast augmentation at our Beverly Hills practice to add volume to her drooping breasts and hoped to increase her size to a full C cup.

During her consultation with the Doctor they discussed the different size and material options for implants. The patient confided that she was excited for the procedure but worried about the type of scars that surgery might leave. Dr. Sayah explained that there are different incision location options under the breast, through the nipple or under the armpit. Each incision is done with an endoscopic technique to minimize the appearance of scars on the breasts. The patient felt confident after the consultation and booked surgery for a bilateral breast augmentation choosing 400cc silicone implants to be inserted through the armpit and placed under her breast muscle.

The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery and loves the fullness in her breasts. She says she feels more youthful and confident.
