This patient came to Dr. Sayah with complaints of the thickness between her brows, the tired look to her eyes, and general droopiness in her neck and cheeks. Dr. Sayah performed an eyelift, browlift, and loosened the muscles between her eyes (bilateral corrugator myotomy) in order to lift the eyebrows and give her more youthful looking eyes. For the Neck and lower face, the patient received a neck lift and liposuction in the jowl and jawline area.
